| Abstract | •Cutaneous metastases in cervical cancer are rare and associated with a poor prognosis.•Treatment is typically palliative, utilizing chemotherapy and radiation.•We report a case of PD-L1 positive cervical cancer with cutaneous metastases that developed after initial recurrence.•For patients on checkpoint inhibitor therapy who develop skin toxicity, it is important to rule out cutaneous metastases. |
