The Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine of the Weill Cornell Medical College is seeking an academic autopsy pathologist to participate in our hospital-based autopsy service. The ability to cover other anatomic pathology services is desirable as is experience and/or interest in biobanking activities.

The Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine of Weill Cornell Medicine is seeking academic pathologists at all ranks to join our diagnostic breast pathology service. The successful candidate will have excellence in diagnostic breast pathology, an interest in translational research, and a commitment to resident and fellow education.

The Breast Pathology Division has 4 FTE pathologists and supports an active outreach and consultation service as well as a busy breast oncology research program in the Meyer Cancer Center.

The Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine of Weill Cornell Medicine is seeking an academic cytopathologist for full-time appointment at the Assistant or Associate level to join the current group of cytopathologists. The cytopathology team is composed of 6 FTE cytopathologists and nine cytotechnologists, headed by Dr. Momin Siddiqui. The service is a mixture of gynecological, non-gynecological, and fine needle aspiration cytology with active interventional radiology, thoracic, gastrointestinal, and thyroid services.

The Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine of the Weill Cornell Medicine is seeking an academic renal pathologist for full-time appointment at the Assistant Professor level to join the current two renal pathologists.

Ours is an active service with strong relationships with the Nephrology Division in the Department of Medicine. The immunofluorescence and electron microscopy laboratory resources needed for an integrated diagnosis are available as part of the clinical service.

The Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine invites applications for a full-time academic appointment with clinical responsibilities in the division of Clinical Pathology to serve as Assistant Medical Director of Central Laboratory. The Central Laboratory provides state-of-the-art testing for patients at New York Presbyterian/Weill Cornell Medicine as well as an ever-expanding network of reference laboratory clients through the New York Hospital Laboratories outreach program.

(Non-Tenure Academic Clinician Track): Assistant or Associate Professor

The Weill Cornell Medicine Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine seeks candidates for an Assistant or Associate Professor position in the non-tenure academic clinician track. Applicants must have an M.D or M.D./Ph.D. degree. Candidates with an M.D. or M.D./Ph.D. should have primary board certification in Pathology (CP or both AP and CP).  Subspecialty training in pathology informatics is desirable, but not required.  Current fellows are encouraged to apply.   Candidates must participate in teaching and in scholarly productivity.
