The Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine of the Weill Cornell Medical College is seeking an academic autopsy pathologist to participate in our hospital-based autopsy service. The ability to cover other anatomic pathology services is desirable as is experience and/or interest in biobanking activities.

The Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine of Weill Cornell Medicine is seeking academic pathologists at all ranks to join our diagnostic breast pathology service. The successful candidate will have excellence in diagnostic breast pathology, an interest in translational research, and a commitment to resident and fellow education.

Ours is an active service with strong relationships with the Nephrology Division in the Department of Medicine. The immunofluorescence and electron microscopy laboratory resources needed for an integrated diagnosis are available as part of the clinical service.

The Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine invites applications for a full-time academic appointment with clinical responsibilities in the division of Clinical Pathology to serve as Medical Director of Diagnostic Immunology.  The successful applicant will be expected to contribute to the teaching, service, and research missions of the Department.  Clinical responsibilities will include sharing in the medical direction of the clinical chemistry laboratories of NYP Weill Cornell. Applicants must hold an M.D. or D.O.

The Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine of the Weill Cornell Medicine is seeking a Division Director for the Transfusion Medicine and Cellular Therapy Laboratories for full-time appointment at the Associate Professor or Professor level with experience in both Transfusion Medicine and Cellular Therapy.  The laboratories are involved in a spectrum of clinical and translational transfusion medicine and cellular therapy research projects. The division encompasses two laboratories: the Blood Bank and the Clinical Cellular Therapy Laboratory.

(Non-Tenure Academic Clinician Track): Assistant or Associate Professor

The Weill Cornell Medicine Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine seeks candidates for an Assistant or Associate Professor position in the non-tenure academic clinician track. Applicants must have an M.D or M.D./Ph.D. degree. Candidates with an M.D. or M.D./PhD should have primary board certification in Pathology (CP or both AP and CP).  Subspecialty training in pathology informatics is required, but current fellows are encouraged to apply.  An advanced degree in statistics or considerable experience with statistical analysis is highly desired. Candidates must have demonstrated ability in teaching and in scholarly productivity.

The Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine of Weill Cornell Medicine seeks a qualified PhD, MD, or MD/PhD for the role of Site Director of Cytogenetics within the Division of Molecular Pathology.  The successful candidate will have a regional or national reputation in Cytogenetics and/or Molecular Pathology, an interest in translational research and a commitment to education including mentoring junior faculty and teaching residents and medical students.
